Lihong Bai (白莉鴻) is a London-based, Chinese-born artist, painter, performer, and filmmaker.

Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts alums,

She has finished her MA in contemporary painting at the Royal College of Arts.

At the age of 6, Lihong began learning traditional Chinese painting. She has since developed a unique blend of traditional techniques and contemporary approaches. Her love for ancient philosophy, which she continues to study in-depth, often inspires her work. Lihong is dedicated to expanding the boundaries of painting with performance and media, a commitment evident in her work. She focuses on Asian identities amid cultural change and explores the heterotopias that flow in other spaces.

In the past two years, her works have been exhibited worldwide. "The Joy of Fish and Water" and "Putting Desire on the Table" were exhibited at the Malta Biennale, London Arusha Gallery, Beijing Contemporary Art Museum, Shanghai International Art Festival, and other galleries around world. These works won the Hong Kong Best Contemporary Art Newcomer Award. She has also received exclusive in-depth coverage by Trebuchet Magazine, Art Plugged, The Artiscape, 1883 Magazine, Art China, and China Contemporary Art Network. Her unique style and creative concept have won her recognition and praise in international art appearances.
